Detected or declared: where material events come from
About a third of material events in the register were detected by Watchtower before the issuer declared them. The rest were declared first.

Every material event carries an origin: Declared or Detected by VORUNEX. This note counts them by category and asks where detection leads and where it lags.
Where detection leads
Token control and Custody. Contract state and custodian attestations are read on a fixed cadence, so an admin key change or a lapsed attestation is seen before anyone writes to us.
Where detection lags
Insurance and Legal. Renewals and disputes reach Watchtower when the issuer declares them or a holder reports them. The limitations page says so plainly.
