Report phishing

Fake domains, contracts, wallets and social accounts claiming to be VORUNEX. Every report is stored with a reference and goes to the Security and IAM team's queue.

Optional. Include transaction hashes if you sent funds.

Optional. Without it we cannot write back to you.

Before you report

Check the official list. If the domain, account or address is there, it is ours.

If you sent funds

Stop further transfers, note the transaction hash, and report here with the hash. VORUNEX cannot reverse a transaction on a chain.

What happens next

You are shown a reference once the report is stored. A member of the Security and IAM team reads it in their queue. If you leave an address, they can write back to you about it. No account is needed.
