For issuers

List an asset that investors can check.

Four pathways, one standard. You bring the asset and the evidence; VORUNEX verifies, scores, classifies and publishes the passport, then keeps watching.

Choose a pathway

The pathway sets who controls the token and how long the case takes. Everything else is the same standard.

CRYMAD-Originated

6 to 10 weeks from intake to activation

Issuers who tokenize through a CRYMAD engine gateway (REBBG, CABG, BBFA Crowdfunding, BBFA NGO).

The engine mints only after a proved and attested pay-in; freeze, suspension and milestone release are engine controls under a 2-of-3 governance Safe.

How the gateways work

Third-Party Originated

8 to 12 weeks

Issuers whose token already exists on Ethereum, Solana, Stellar or another supported chain.

VORUNEX verifies the asset and the contract, reads the chain, and lists with the issuer's own controls disclosed. VORUNEX never holds issuer keys.

Bring your token

Migration / Re-Issuance

4 to 8 weeks after the original admission

Issuers moving an existing token to CRYMAD Chain, or re-issuing under a new structure.

A ledger change: the old deployment is marked Superseded, the new one becomes the chain of record, and the passport keeps both.

How the gateways work

Secondary Listing

6 to 10 weeks

Assets admitted elsewhere that a holder or issuer nominates for a VORUNEX passport.

Verification runs on the public record and the issuer's data room; the listing is Display and hold until the issuer claims the token.

What you will need

Ten data room folders, hashed per document version. Public values go on the passport; sensitive values stay behind access levels.

The timeline

Six stages with a named process state each. Your console shows the live stage and every open request.

  1. 01

    Intake and screening

The issuer names the asset, the pathway and the jurisdiction. Sanctions and KYB screening run before any document is read.

    Process state: Screening
  2. 02

    Data room and evidence

Ten folders, one hash per document version, Merkle root recorded now and anchored on CRYMAD L2 once anchoring is live. Every claim is paired with the evidence that supports it.

    Process state: In review
  3. 03

    Review against the twelve standards

Each standard has a named owner team and criteria that resolve to Pass, Fail, Needs info or N/A. A Fail on a gating criterion stops the case.

    Process state: In review
  4. 04

    Scoring and Risk Classification

The RWA Score is computed from eight weighted categories. The Risk Class is assigned separately by the Risk team. Neither can be edited by the issuer.

    Process state: In review
  5. 05

    Committee decision

The Admissions Committee records one of eight statuses with reasons. Conditions, ceilings and review dates are written into the passport.

    Process state: Activation
  6. 06

    Activation and Watchtower

The passport is published with its hash, to be anchored once anchoring is live; the listing opens, and Watchtower begins re-reading registries, contracts and filings on a schedule.

    Process state: Live

What you keep and what you give up

On a gateway pathway the engine mints, freezes and releases under a 2-of-3 governance Safe; you hold no mint, burn, freeze or force-transfer keys. On a third-party pathway you keep your keys and VORUNEX discloses every power you hold on the passport.

What it costs

Every fee comes from the published fee schedule. The verification fee is quoted for your case, and you accept the quote in the issuer console before it is invoiced. The subscription commission: Paid by the issuer out of the subscription proceeds and invoiced by VORUNEX after the units are minted. Nothing is added to the amount an investor pays. No fee depends on a score, a tier, a Risk Class or the outcome of a verification. The same work costs the same whatever we find.
