Company

A registry, not an exchange.

VORUNEX is the verification layer for tokenized real-world assets. It says what was verified, by whom and when, and it keeps checking after the listing.

The VORUNEX logo: a gold and emerald V across a gold globe, ringed in gold, above the VORUNEX letters

VORUNEX started with a question from an investor in Lagos: a token said it represented a warehouse in Tema, so who had checked? Nobody had. The registry was public, the vault was real, the SPV existed; nothing connected them to the contract address.

The registry, not the exchange

We decided the marketplace should read like a registry. Every listing gets a passport that says what was verified, by whom and when, with a hash anyone can check. The score and the risk class are published separately, because a well-documented asset can still be a risky one.

Four gateways and a chain

Real estate through REBBG, commodities and bullion through CABG, campaigns and donations through BBFA. Each gateway hands the engine gate statuses and anchors; the engine mints only after a proved pay-in and holds freeze and release under a governance Safe. Third-party tokens on other chains are verified the same way and watched, never controlled.

What we will not do

Sell an outcome. Verification fees are fixed per case and due whether an asset is approved or rejected. Blend score and risk into one label. Hide the Reality Gap. Tell you what to buy.
