The asset can fail
Property can be vacant, mines can flood, borrowers can default, custodians can fail. The Risk Class names the drivers; it cannot remove them.
Liquidity
Many listings have no secondary venue or a windowed one. Lock-ups apply. Redemption paths vary from instant to none.
The token can fail
Contracts can have bugs, keys can be lost, chains can halt. Third-party assets keep their own control keys and VORUNEX does not co-sign.
Verification has limits
Watchtower reads records at the source's cadence and does not inspect assets. Some events are declared, not detected.
