Reporting on time: third quarter 2026
Financial and operating reports arrived on schedule for most listings; the exceptions are named with their status.

Standard 11 asks that financial statements and operating reports arrive on the schedule the passport promises. This report lists on-time rates per class and every late filing with the action taken.
Late filings
Two listings missed a quarterly report by more than ten days. Both moved to Watchlist on the day the Reporting due rule fired; one has since filed and returned to Approved, one remains on Watchlist with a dated remediation plan.
Method
A report is on time if its hash is in the data room by the passport's due date. Weekend due dates roll to the next working day.
