Verification

Watchtower

Monitoring of every admitted asset after it is listed. Rules watch evidence that ends, reviews and reports that fall due, distributions and redemptions against their own dates, screening results, the holder register, facts we hold from two sources, and the chain the assets are on. When one fires, VORUNEX staff are alerted, and a person decides what happens next.

What Watchtower cannot see

Stated plainly, as the white paper requires. Read this before relying on a Green pill.

Watchtower reads records, it does not inspect assets
It reads the records VORUNEX holds (evidence and its dates, reports, distributions, redemptions, screening results and the holder register) and what it reads from the chain itself. It connects to no registry, custodian or insurer directly, and it does not visit the site; that is what independent professionals do at review.
Detection follows the check's own cadence
Most rules are checked every five minutes or once a day, against the records as they stand. A fact read from the chain is used only once its block is final, so it can follow the chain by a few minutes. The rules table says which rules can fire today and what each one reads.
A chain is read only once it is supported, and never controlled
Watchtower reads a chain only once VORUNEX supports it; a chain's name on a page is not support. Where it reads one, a rule can raise an alert, and VORUNEX can change the asset's status and tell holders. It cannot freeze or move a token on any chain.
Some events are declared, not detected
An insurance renewal, a board change or an off chain dispute reaches Watchtower when the issuer declares it or a holder reports it. Watchtower sees when the evidence held for insurance or a valuation has ended, and receives nothing from an insurer or a valuer directly. The registers show the origin of every event.
Not investment advice
A Green pill means no open rule has fired. It does not mean the asset will perform or that a subscription is suitable.
