| 3 | Ownership and Encumbrance | Legal | Title is clean or every encumbrance is disclosed, ranked and reflected in the Risk Class. |
| 4 | Valuation | Valuation | An independent professional valued the asset within the last twelve months using a stated method. |
| 5 | Issuer KYB and UBO | Compliance | The issuer's identity, directors and ultimate beneficial owners are verified. |
| 6 | AML and Sanctions | Compliance | The issuer, its owners and its counterparties clear sanctions screening against OFAC, UN, EU and UK lists. |
| 7 | Investor Rights and Disclosure | Legal | Investor rights, fees, distributions and exit terms are disclosed in plain terms before commitment. |
| 8 | Token Supply and Minting | Technical Review | Authorised supply, minted supply and remaining mint capacity reconcile with the offering. |
| 9 | Smart Contract | Technical Review | The token contract is audited, its controls are disclosed and its bytecode is verified on chain. |
| 10 | Custody | Custody | Custody of the underlying is with a named custodian, book-entry registrar or verified self-custody arrangement. |
