The standard
Governance and independence
Who decides, under which rules, and how a decision is challenged. Published so that no status on this marketplace rests on an unnamed person.
- Fees never depend on the outcome
- Verification and monitoring fees are fixed per the published schedule and are payable whether an asset is approved or rejected.
- Reviewers cannot hold what they review
- Staff and committee members may not hold units of an asset for twelve months after taking part in its review.
- Every engagement is declared
- External members declare any engagement with an applicant, issuer, gateway or provider before the case is opened; the register of declarations is available to Oversight.
- Referrals do not touch verification
- Referral rewards are paid from commission, not from verification fees, and referrers have no visibility into cases.
- Gateways are reviewed like anyone else
- CRYMAD-Originated assets pass the same twelve standards; the gateway's own trust score is disclosed but never substitutes for the RWA Score.
