Each decision is recorded with its date, and says whether it can be appealed. A complaint is always available.
Settings, Verification shows each level, where it stands and each decision the CRYMAD engine made, with the date VORUNEX learned it.
Settings, Verification, Decisions and appeals lists each decision recorded about you and says whether it can be appealed there. A decision the CRYMAD engine made is the engine's to review, not VORUNEX's. If you think a decision about you is wrong, make a formal complaint from Support: it is acknowledged with a reference and answered by a stated date.
