Eligibility is enforced by the CRYMAD engine; the token does not yet enforce it on chain. The checks are whitelist, jurisdiction, tier, lock-up, holder cap and per-wallet cap, each run at commit by the CRYMAD engine's rules.
We do not gate investment. We advise before it and detect after it. The Eligibility page under My Portfolio shows what VORUNEX can confirm about each of your wallets and what they hold. While the engine's signed statement is not available to us, it reads Not established.
